For walk-ins, the main Municipal Hall reception is on the ground floor. Each office below provides public-facing information; staff and authorised users sign in to the LGU-BATIS staff portal for internal workflows.
About the office
The Municipal Treasurer’s Office collects local taxes, fees, and charges; issues real-property tax declarations and business permits; and serves as the municipality’s revenue custodian under the Local Government Code (RA 7160) Title 5.

About the office
The HRMO manages the personnel records, payroll, recruitment, and competency development of Municipal Hall employees. The office also handles the Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212) and Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) under RA 6713.

About the office
The CPDC prepares the municipality’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), Annual Investment Plan (AIP), and monitors the implementation of capital outlay projects. It coordinates with the Sangguniang Bayan on development legislation and zoning.

About the office
The Municipal Engineer’s Office issues building permits, supervises infrastructure projects, and maintains municipal public works under the National Building Code (PD 1096). The CEO works closely with CPDC on capital outlay implementation.
